Contributions received in January 2011
This project closed in 2010, but we were all keen to update this blog with a few more contributions that have arrived in the early part of 2011.

International Day of Persons with Disabilities
International Day of Persons with Disabilities falls on December 3rd 2010.
At the Museum Street Centre (Papworth Trust) we decided to celebrate by running a small but international arts project.
A flyer was sent out into the Mail Art Network (a network of artists across the world using the postal system), requesting individuals to send a post card on the theme of disability to the centre. Upon receiving these postcards, everyone at the centre would then have the opportunity to work further with the images, both physically and digitally.
The resulting images and words contained within this blog form both the documentation, for all of the contributors to view, and acts as an online gallery for all of the work generated.
We hope you enjoy our work.
